Carl Duncan, P.E., L.S.
Long time resident of Powhatan County, Mr. Duncan graduated from Powhatan High School and Received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech in 1986. Mr. Duncan earned his Professional Engineering license in 1990 and his Land Surveying license in 1991.
Mr. Duncan has been the president of C. E. Duncan and Associates since 1996.
Mr. Duncan is married and has two children and two grandchildren.
